They do, and with Summerslam as well and I think they tried it out with the rumble this year.

If they want to do this they should do it in connection to Summerslam. They always hold it in LA, which is a tourism hot spot, and it is in August so a lot of kids are still on holiday and families try to get their last piece of vacation in.

We get more than most so stfu and stop bitching about how WWE should do everything in the UK. I want WWE to do more stuff in the UK more than anyone but they do it in the US because 1. More people and bigger fan base and 2. Easier for them.
