yet they're probably going to try and combine the women's belt at Mania which has more than enough solid contenders for 2 belts.

I don't think that's provable. I think the titles will remain separate. Otherwise this would just be a unification match. Not a winner takes all. You can do typical dusty finishes after mania. It remains to be seen

Yep thew will stay separate.. Still think they need a Raw & a Smackdown Women's Tag Title on each show like all the other belts have two

If you ignore the week to week TV and just catch up via WWE's epic video packages and just hitting key story points, I LOVE how almost all of the babyfaces on this show have something to fight for that's bigger than themselves. They've struggled with that tremendously in recent years, but... Miz is fighting for his father's respect. Rey is fighting to win a title in front of his son. Hawkins wants to break his losing streak with his best friend. Kurt Angle is wanting to end his career with one last happy moment. Roman is trying to get a big W in the ring after conquering leukemia. Kofi Kingston is fighting for all the midcard guys in the locker room left in the WWE discard pile (also african americans...)...

After the last 3 years, WWE deserves WAY more credit for the handling of Charlotte. 9 times out of 10 they would ignore the fans' backlash and fight the fact that she feels privileged enough by the company that longtime fans are done with her, but they made that her character. They would just cram Becky into the battle royal, throw her out early, and have a Charlotte vs Ronda main event with WE WANT BECKY chants everywhere.

All in all, not bad, WWE.

This years mania definitely feels big.

Balor is been Bobby's bitch. So he's fighting to overcome the domination with the demon. Of course Seth is fighting for the entire lockeroom and Roman, he's final act of redemption. Seths final chapter of he's 5 year character arc. I think that's the biggest match.

This years build could of been great. Too bad wwe planned everything at the last minute. Imagine if they actually planned Hawkins and ryder vs the revival a few months ago. They could of told a great story.
