Austin taking a suplex bump on concrete is yet another thing i did not have on my 2022 wrestling bingo card . Wild lol
That was insane. He didn't even need to take that bump. Austin wanted a proper match to send it off and it showed. I totally thought it was going to be short like Cena vs Taker. Then they started going to the outside in to the crowd and I was like "Holy shit, we're getting a KO vs Austin match."

Austin cares a lot and im just so happy he trusted KO personally to keep him safe. Ko can literally say he had stone colds last match. Theres no bigger honor!!!

I'm hyped for N2 mostly for AJ/Edge, but I'm unsure about the rest. I'm hoping it surprises me again. They definitely did with the first night.
Yeah i cant hate, from what i saw everything was great except the ronda finish n boogz injury which i didnt see either. Choosing to focus on good stuff whaf a wonderful 4 days of wrestling for all!

Such a beyond fun night that probably overdelivered alot more than it should have. It just felt right, like WrestleMania should. Genuine great matches in Bianca/Becky and Cody/Seth, great moments with the Cody return (which was unreal) and the Stone Cold/Kevin Owens segment/match. Even Corbin/Drew which nobody wants to see on SmackDown, let alone WrestleMania was a load of fun and just felt right.

Thought I wrapped it up but then I gotta remember to shout out Logan Paul, i'd honestly say he did better than the revered Bad Bunny appearance. That fucking HEAT when he did the 3 amigos and the way he did the shimmy on the turnbuckle with that shit eating grin was just :banderas:

Night 2 got a tough act to follow, i'm not entirely hopeful but given how Night 1 played out i'll remain positive.

It seems next to impossible for N2 to live up simply bc Cody and Austun were so many people's biggest hype, and they basically delivered both perfectly

It's gotta take AJ/Edge putting on a similar banger, Sami/Knoxville putting on something stupidly fun and then Roman/Brock not being a finisher fest.

I actually missed that call last night too in the moment. Definitely one of my favourites Corey has done. The match just felt surreal as it was happening really. I got so used to Cody being in AEW that it was hard to believe. Just very dope to see him back, and seeing how the crowd responded to him.

He said that Bruce Prichard and Vince McMahon both flew down to meet with him. Cody emphasized McMahon that he needed to be ‘The American Nightmare’, which he developed outside of WWE. He said that McMahon agreed. “I remember saying it had to be The American Nightmare,” Cody said. “To hear Vince say ‘well it's not broke,’ it’s vindication to prove people wrong who doubted you and prove people right who were on board with you. I’m going to talk about it all on Raw, but it’s pretty clear what I am here to do, there’s unfinished business for my family that we never got, and I am going to be the one to get it.”

Vince saying "well its not broke" :DEAD:

He wants the WWE Championship probably. Wonder if when this deal is done, however long it might be, if he’ll jump back over :lol

Really glad Cody pushed to be the American Nightmare still. It definitely made the whole thing have an even bigger impact seeing literally everything carry over.
