I think it's a relief that both WWE and AEW's recent releases are pragmatic and people who weren't being used (fair or not) and not these highly regarded people cut just for costs that have people scratching their heads. Obviously never great for people to lose their jobs but this feels a lot more like sports cuts.

Why so hostile?
While you may have been joking as Dale said there are people pushing that narrative on social media. I was just further showing why that’s a junk narrative. Every response I make in a discussion we are both in isn’t an attack on you.

I think race played an indirect factor but it's more like they're clearly done with the experiments of pushing or attempting to push talent solely to try and get more over in an international market. I think they'll still give some bonus points when signing talent if they have an international appeal, but you're not gonna stay on the roster just because your home country might watch slightly more if you're there
