What do you all think of it? What is your initial impression of the "talents"? Who do you think has that 'it' factor?

Tonight, in the season premiere, we saw Ariane eliminated (she was a stupid bitch through and through). Eric and Michelle were the other two up for elimination, but earned their keep (especially with the stupid bitch not knowing ANYTHING about the business).

I think Eric will turn it around, I'm like Austin, I think he's got something, but he needs to apply it. But I think the hands-down favorite to win it (if he controls his partying) is Luke. The guy impressed 'em all from the beginning, and he's got a charisma that stands out above the rest.

^When he asked her, at least 40 matches ran through my mind before she spewed that garbage! Even with saying that match, there have been matches since she used that one (divas included) which have far exceeded that crap... the fact she knows absolutely nothing about wrestling outside of that... I wanted to see Bill Demott hit his moonsault on her before they booted her.

lmfao @ NXT. Watch the fucking show. It's decent. Like TUF sort of, but wrestling style. And Austin's comments are hilarious. Vulgarities all over the place.

^I was dying at some of the nicknames and the way he verbally abused them when they were running the ropes... absolute hilarity!

I still think DeMott should have been called upon to deliver a moonsault to that dumb bitch before sending her off. And I'm also surprised Trish didn't yank her fucking pants off while she was running the ropes. I also didn't realize Trish was THAT passionate about the business either... like, clearly with the way she progressed and how over she was, she was passionate... but to see her from a coaching perspective... she knows her shit.

I like this team, and I really hope this is the team they stick with for more than 1 or 2 seasons as well... the format of the show is cool... and again, it's Austin... what isn't there to love about it!?

Not noticed it advertised anywhere... TBH, I'd assume Sky Sports or not at all.

Some thoughts...

The training looked pretty quality for the basics like that. I was looking forward to how and what they would show the coaches coaching on. I almost did a spittake at Miss America's attempt at a front roll, get all the women eliminated, they all have no potential and are miserable. What a waste of spots on them.

Wasn't Alicia Fox's sister already under an FCW contract btw?

Matt, Luke, Adam and the hillbilly guy definitely looked pretty good, the rest weren't anything special. I didn't get what they saw in Erik, he just seemed like a big lug with an afro. I think he'll stick around for awhile since he's been positioned as a "wild card" of sorts among the cast, but no way should he win it.

Is Stone Cold legit the final judge? They didn't explain how the actual competition worked very well in my opinion.

Why in the blue hell is Hugh Morrus one of the trainers? His kind of coaching died out in the 90's and his personality was lame, seriously, bad pick. Everyone else was fine.

Good show.

Sad that this thread only has 11 replies. I thought this season was pretty great. Fuck you guys. Anyways...

Tonight's episode was great I thought, especially with the promo/charisma stuff. Got to see what people are made of on one of the biggest parts of the game, and a few really shined. I agreed with Austin and the gang with the sentiment that AJ's promo was by far the best. Luke's was pretty good too I thought. When it came down to it thought, I have no idea why the hell Andy stayed and AJ left. Andy's promo skills are quite bad, and he just seems to have gotten this far based on pure luck and really just staying out of the eye of everyone for now. They were all saying how AJ hasn't done really well up until tonight and he caused Christina's ankle injury, but that's complete garbage. Christina was going for a double axe handle when Booker and everyone else was saying she was trying a crossbody and putting the blame on AJ. AJ may not be the best performer on the show, but he sure as hell is better than Christina and Andy. Ughh. Whatever. Hope Luke wins it next week. Fuck Andy.

My biggest problem with the promos is that they didn't have not one damn Heel promo.

I don't mind Andy though... physically he's been one of the better performers in the competition, but he's got absolutely no character. Luke's far and away the best talent, but I really like Jeremiah if he ever learns how to loosen up in the ring. I hated that bastard Martin, but I have a feeling he'll be a Superstar soon enough. Next week, Austin promised a surprise... so IDK about Andy getting voted off.

Ended up watching this weekly and I'm thoroughly suprised how entertaining Ive found it...

Enjoyed the training segments the most I guess, though SCSA has generally been quality!
