The earliest instance of that superkick spot I've ever personally seen was ECW in 1996. Jericho was doing a springboard moonsault/lionsault but 2 Cold Scorpio (I believe) hit him with a superkick mid air. Jericho landed on his head, looked like he damn near died.

Well there's the Panama Sunrise on the apron. So he's a third of a way to victory now.
