Because it's an utterly pointless change and doesn't sound right after having a forename. It's like they decided because they just refer to him on commentary as Cesaro that they may aswell just go ahead with as his full name, the same way Cena or Bryan as just a name would be horrible. For what it's worth though, I read that they did the name change because Vince thought Antonio Cesaro didn't sound tough, whereas just Cesaro does.Okay so watching Smackdown and I really hate the change. Can someone please explain to my why this makes me so angry because I don't even understand why.
