According to former WWE Writer Court Bauer:

"Dolph’s deal is up in a few months and he has indicated informally that unless he gets a big push, he may leave like Mundo (former WWE Superstar John Morrison, who is known as Johnny Mundo in Lucha Underground).”

The rumor was started by Ziggler himself in a worked-shoot promo on Twitter prior to his Kiss Me Arse Match against Sheamus at Extreme Rules.

Dixie Carter, President of TNA Wrestling, is aware of the rumor and planning to aggressively court Ziggler if he ultimately leaves WWE. She is looking to acquire another high-profile wrestler from WWE in hopes it will curb some of the negative press levied toward TNA and give the company momentum at a time when they really need it.

Some people in WWE feel that Ziggler would be making a huge mistake to leave, especially when considering the volatility that exists with TNA and their questionable status on Destination America. Nonetheless, Ziggler, who turns 35 next month, is very frustrated and weighing his career options.

What do you guys think? Ziggler leaving cause he's not receiving the push he deserves. I doubt TNA is the answer; maybe Lucha Underground like Morrison.

Thoughts?

I couldn't care less if he stayed or left. I don't see money in the guy, think he forces everything he does and never comes off natural. When a guy like him gets paired up with heaters like Vickie and AJ and they overshadow him, it just shows what the guy offers.

He can always be cute kip 2.0 seeing as how he's a ripoff of Billy Gunn down to the hair and clothes anyhow. What would they lose by him leaving? I mean maybe if he plays his cards right its similar to Christian jumping ship but that's about it. The only place I see him being a smash hit for is JJ if they land a deal on tv

Well, I personally think he'll just resign. He'll look at his options closer to the deal and realize him stayin' in the upper midcard in WWE is the smartest thing he can do.

I don't know his scope of what a big push is unless he wants to job to Lesnar. Being a competent, over babyface in the current environment should be enough since he'll probably eventually get more opportunities in the main event scene as it is.

Apparently it was weeks before Meltzer reported it and other sites ran with their usual specubullshit.
