Yes.. yes I did. In England it's now deemed offensive to call someone black or brown therefore I called him coloured.

Colored is wayyyyyy more offensive than calling someone black IMO. Its a dated term that was used during the 50s and in the South during segregation. It is basically a half step away from calling someone the N word to me.

Maybe it is just a difference of culture, but I wouldn't expect anyone to say that around where I live without catching some awkward looks
