They were never booked properly. Hell, in when they'd come out together they'd enter to Orton's music and be introduced as "Randy Orton and Legacy"...WHAT!? Never once did they have a clean title sweep, with all three members holding gold at the same time. It seems like the majority of the time they were together Orton was either pissed at Cody and Ted for not saving him or nowhere near the two of them. Which begs the question, why should I give a shit that they're "splittiing" when they were barely ever together?

As just a tag team I'm sorry but Cody >>>>>> Ted. Maybe it's just because Ted plays a horrible heel but from everything I've seen Cody outshines him in almost every department. And over the past few months Cody has gotten himself in some fuckin shape, the guy looks awesome. I think at this point Cody wouldn't have much trouble getting himself over as a heel singles competitor but other than Ted getting the obvious face pop of facing Randy... he just seems kind of generic. Almost like a face Orton, without the amazing heel capability.

Ok I'm confused. Why in these scenarios is Rhodes made to look like pussy or nothing at all. Imo Rhodes is an all around better wrestler than Dibiase. He has the potential of being a top dog whether that be heel or face. Why tarnish that just to get Dibiase over? Did you here the reaction he got when Orton punted Dusty? He got the bigger pop out of everyone in the ring. Orton, Dibiase, Cena or Triple H were in the ring too I believe yet the last thing that was seen/heard were "Cody Cody cody" chants. That there showed he could get over as a face. If they/you want Ted to be elivated, running over Cody is not something that needs to be done. Dropping Cody to the sidelines is not the way to go.

I'm a DiBiase backer, I prefer his work to Cody's, not by vast margins though. Both have promising futures, I just think Ted Jr. is more prepared now than Cody. I think you start with Orton-DiBiase with Teddy going over, then you give Cody the Kofi treatment with Randy, make him look strong but eventually Orton wins the rubber match. Then you send either of the two to Smackdown, they will definitely need separation for them to build identities after Legacy.

Yeah, I mean, it's not that Cody Rhodes will become a jobber or not get pushed at all, but DiBiase will get pushed to the main event first. Besides, talk about pops, DiBiase got a huge ovation and chants just by getting bitched around by Orton and teasing he might strike back.

DiBiase can also get great heat. At a house show here back in June he got more heat than Rhodes by just standing at ringside. Guy can make a crowd react either way, and that's something that makes him great.

If Cody Rhodes gets pushed to the side while Ted DiBiase gets a monster push, I will cry.

THIS. I like Cody too. While has improved moreso than Ted, I like Ted better because Ted (not sounding like a WWE mark) has that look. I see intensity in Ted that with a little more coaching, can be in full effect. He has a generic look, ok but besides John Cena and Jeff Hardy CM Punk i guess because of his tats, who doesn't have the classic trunks or singlet, knee pad, and wridt band deal. Obviously WWE sees way more into Ted than Cody. He has a WWE Films (the success of it is irrelevant), a top slot in a KAYFABE WWE future champions, and proved to have the ability to get over as a face so the "WWE fan" sees the potential good guy in him and will support him in the long. Think about it: Cody not only has Dusty but he has big bro Goldust down in the locker room to get tools of the trade. Honestly, he should be the shining star but I don't "The Audience" is buying it. They don't seem to care about him much. Or I could be wrong and Cody and Ted get the Mizorrison treatment of Cody being a top tier heel and Ted being an average face that missed a ship to stardom.

The problem is WWE sucks at having two people feud and both wrestlers come out looking stronger or being held in a higher regard. No matter who gets the major push somebody's getting either pushed down the card or shipped to smackdown. Which wouldn't be a bad idea if they used it as part of a match stipulation (loser leaves Raw, for example).

Ideally one of the two (most likely Ted) would feud with Orton for a face turn and the other (Cody) would be drafted away from the situation to remain as a heel. I just don't want to see Cody get ran through in this whole ordeal.

So uhh one question. Not that I really care but where does Kofi go once Legacy split. MVP is the US title contention again (Whhhy?)

You haven't realized they don't give a flying fuck about Kofi anymore? Another example of WWE's ADD pushing.
