Caught a headline online about an angle they've just aired. Read about it, and just thought I'd comment at least somewhere. I don't watch WWE anymore (classics aside), but I'm in shock that people are actually surprised they are basing an angle from an individual's real life issues. This is a company who done a similar angle with Hawk, dressed Kanyon (a homosexual man who was struggling to come out, and struggled with severe depression) as Boy George and humiliated him on live TV, made Austin pour alcohol over Scott Hall (who was on antabuse - for alcohol addiction - whilst having duck tape over his mouth, meaning he has to keep his puke in there best he could), and heck - that's only the start. I could go on. For shame. I really hope that tanks on 'em.
EDIT: Just finally seen an image of the socially distanced crowd - I'll give 'em kudos for that, at least - but not much.
