* Daniel Bryan opens the show with a promo. He claims that what The Big Show did last week was Big Show’s fault, and that Show wasn’t even sorry. Bryan says that AJ put herself in danger because she loves him. Bryan ends by saying that Show should do the right thing and quit.

* Cody Rhodes b. Justin Gabriel. The match was originally Rhodes vs. Hornswoggle, but Gabriel came out to save him and take his place.

* Going along with the “Sin City†theme, Mark Henry spins a wheel backstage and it lands on “Lumberjack match.†He says that Daniel Bryan is going to enter the Hall of Pain.

*The next segment, which may have been done for just the live crowd, is a dance-off between “Funkasaurus†Brodus Clay & Vickie Guerrero. Brodus wins and Vickie dances to try to get another chance. William Regal comes out and tries to escort her from the ring to protect her from the crowd’s jeers. Brodus stops Regal and challenges him to a dance-off. Regal starts to dance and Clay hits Regal with his running splash.

* Wade Barrett b. Sheamus in a Tables match. Jinder Mahal distracted Sheamus, allowing Barrett to put Sheamus through a table. Jinder then attacked Sheamus, but Sheamus fought back and ended up putting Jinder through a table.

* Ted DiBiase b. Hunico in a Flag match by retrieving the USA flag.

* Teddy Long fires Drew McIntyre backstage. Santino Marella pleads with Long to reinstate McIntyre, and Long agrees to give him his job back if he wins his match tonight. The wheel is spun and it lands on “blindfold match.â€

* Santino Marella b. Drew McIntyre with the Cobra in a blindfold match.

* The Lumberjack match between Daniel Bryan and Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship ended in a no contest when the lumberjacks attacked both participants. Eventually Bryan and Henry escaped in the ring, which had escalated into a Royal Rumble-esque brawl. Superstars were cleared out until only Sheamus remained. The show ended with Sheamus standing tall in the ring.

I think they may go with Santino and Drew as a team eventually.

Looks like an alright show, I suppose. I wouldn't mind Santino and Drew forming some sort of team if it ended up with Santino getting a Futureshock DDT and Drew just going crazy. Another no finish in the main event is annoying, but I get what they're going for. I'm worried that Bryan is going to lose the belt at the RR, just as this angle is starting to get some momentum; but I guess we'll see.

I'm not going to bother there is just nothing and no one there to make watch the show but happy that ratings for Smackdown are in the 2s.

Glad I waited before a response, once again Smackdown is looking weak. Last week's show wasn't even impressive at all.

It's a worry with WWE focusing way too much on RAW with Johnny Lauriniatis and Cena/Kane.

Smackdown needs some star power, I believe R-Truth and Kofi could be headed to SD to boost it's ratings or something. Even The Miz on SD could boost it I suppose... They're lacking something Smackdown

But their ratings are up though last weeks smackdown did a 2.1 what they need is either Rey who will more then likely return to Smackdown, Orton and Christian back and they should be ok...

Looks terrible and I'll probably end up missing it anyways. Kind of weird how Santino wants McIntyre to keep his job but we'll see what happens. Sheamus stands tall in the end? The way it should be everytime Sheamus is in the ring.

-- Rikishi was in attendance at Tuesday's WWE television taping at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, in support of sons Jey and Jimmy Uso. He watched the event from a luxury box.

^It said he watched from a luxury box so he wouldn't have been near the front row at all.

I actually think that the show looks okay, yes there are some overly gimmicky segments that are normally left for RAW but outside of that there are a couple of good events plus they actually build the Royal Rumble PPV.

Opening promo from Bryan sounds good, I like the new edge that he has with this heel gimmick.

I hate, hate, hate flag matches so I will skip that.

Rhodes vs Gabriel should be good.

Jinder Mahal attacking Sheamus is great but then Sheamus getting revenge works for me as well. At least Jinder looks a bit threatening now.

I like the mainevent finish because it promotes the Rumble match and WWE need to put all the focus onto that PPV.
