WWE Smackdown Spoilers for Friday

SmackDown, Airing Friday:

* Teddy Long opens the show and talks about the fate of the World Heavyweight Title. Christian comes out and as usual wants a title shot. CM Punk interrupts him and apparently Teddy has brought some RAW stars to tonight’s show. Punk vs. Christian is announced for tonight.

* The Miz and R-Truth beat Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston in a quick non-title match when Truth pinned Kofi. Truth and Miz cut a promo after the match and teased that The Rock may take out John Cena before they can.

* Backstage segment with Daniel Bryan, Tyson Kidd and Santino Marella. Santino proposes Bryan vs. Kidd to see who’s best later tonight.

* Wade Barrett beat Trent Baretta in another quick match.

* Randy Orton beat Dolph Ziggler in another non-title match. This will probably end up being match of the night. Orton won with the RKO. After the match, Orton had a staredown with Cody Rhodes, who did commentary for the match.

* Backstage interview with Matt Striker and the fake Sin Cara. He has a new look and is out to get the original Sin Cara.

* Daniel Bryan defeated Tyson Kidd in less than five minutes with the LaBell Lock. I’m pretty sure Bryan came out to a new theme song as well.

* Michael Cole got our attention and ripped on Jim Ross some more, showing the fake photos from RAW again. Cole says JR has accepted his challenge and The Michael Cole Challenge is on for Monday.

* Big Show comes out to talk about Vengeance and the match against Mark Henry. Show says he has a rematch coming and out comes Henry. Henry said he’s moving on from Show but they had a staredown to end the segment.

* CM Punk defeated Christian in the main event that saw interference from Ricardo Rodriguez, Alberto Del Rio and Sheamus. Sheamus distracted Christian, allowing Punk to hit the GTS for the win.​

- So Christian wants one more shot, continues to be a whiny bitch

- Looks like Awesome Truth will face Air Boom for the titles at SS perhaps?

- Nice to see Santino backstage with Bryan & Kidd

- Barrett squashing people, really? Isn't there anybody he could have faced, Sheamus perhaps?

- Ziggler/Orton sounds interesting especially when it's said it's Match of the night. Could Orton be putting over Mid-carders here?

- I wonder what Hunico looks like now on Smackdown, another interesting thing.

- Kidd vs. Bryan and OMG Bryan won at last! His 10 loss streak or whatever it was comes to an end, I'm disappointed it was short. These two have potential.

- New D-Bry theme song... This has to be his fifth within a year.

- Cole/JR... I hope Cole loses in all honesty.

- Big Show / Henry with Henry avoiding Big Show once again, would love to see a rematch.

- CM vs Christian should be interesting.

Looks like a very watchable Smackdown that's for sure.

So this seems very, very boring.

Again, Orton buries Mid-Carders. Can anyone who is not named Mark Henry beat this freaking guy? God. Can't stand Orton.

Kidd vs. Bryan should have gotten 15 minutes at least. Two of the best in WWE.

Big Show/Henry looks to be going no where, fast.

CM Punk vs. Christian looks to be the only thing worth watching, and the 5 minutes of Kidd and Bryan.

Barrett and Baretta should have gotten more time too. Two highly under rated stars.

Air Boom losing fast? The tag champs getting jobbed for Awesome Truth? I don't even like the pairing of Miz and Truth. They try, and try, but I just can't get into them. Stupid decision.

I hate this JR embarrassment thing. Seriously, stop this crap.

Interested to see the new Sin Cara though.

Needless to say. Looks like a disappointing show, with only like 3 short things worth seeing. I won't be watching. I'll just Youtube the segments that actually mean something.

I'll check it out but sounds average at best. Nothing to bright for the future other than the new look for the former Hunico.

Surely Awesome Truth got the jobber win to make them look like contenders to beat The Rock and John Cena. This isn't about the tag team division, this is plain building for what theyre trying to make the best mania main event of all time, so that move is completely understandable

You can't feel the Awesome Truth combo? Wow that's a first and probably the only I know that feels that way. You need to go watch their promos, this is the best tag team since Jer-show. They flow so well and are awesome together. I'm happy they got the win, it makes them look strong.

I hate that Orton keeps beating the midcard champions. It makes them look like jokes. Rhodes had finally been pushed as a credible champion and I had high hopes when Rhodes brought in the oldschool belt and was attacking and getting the upperhand on Orton but now he is working Superstars. I am glad that Ziggler had a good match with Orton but this is the second time that Orton has beaten him in a non-title match, WWE need to realise that having champions lose clean just makes them and their titles look worse.

Very happy that Bryan won a match YAY plus it is good seeing that Barrett's winning streak continues.

I am begging that Black Sin Cara's new look is the look that Hunico had in FCW. If he doesn't have a mask I will be disappointed.

Hopefully once Awesome Truth are done with Rock and Cena they can challenge for the Tag Team titles again.

Cole storyline is a waste of time.

Mainevent sounds alright other than a huge amount of interference.
