So how does a MITB contract work when one of the championships is absent 99% of the time? Which takes precedent, the contract that says you have a title match anytime, or the champion who is never around?

he should never have been separated from Lana. While I enjoy Aiden and Rusev day, Rusev was lost for a while without Lana at ring side
