WWE should turn ECW into an all women's brand (with a different name of course)

If WWE hired some new girls and fired some worthless sluts, and amped up the booking, I'd say yes. But with WWE's history I just can't see that happening. Unfortunate, since Beth, Victoria, and Mickie are completely wasted in WWE.

But go ahead and watch tna, if womens wrestling is that important to you... The eye candy will always be in wwe, and most people are fine with that, and they have some wrestling as well (Beth, Victoria, Mickie, Melina, Natalya, Michelle, and to a (much) lesser extent, candice). If that isn't good enough for you, then go ahead and fuck off, but stop saying THEY are being mistreated, considering they are perfectly happy working there.

I do watch WWE. I also look at the ratings breakdowns and see Knockouts topping the charts while Divas bottom them out. We hardly ever see Victoria or Natalya, and when we do we see them jobbing to Maria or McCool. In fact, for the past year, Beth has been the only talented Diva not jobbing to the worthless escorts. Disagree with that all you want, but if you're going to defend Divas wrestling and call it good, there's nothing I can say to that because it proves itself wrong.

And finally, most people don't have a problem with it? The ratings disagree. Did you watch McCool vs. Maria last week? Normally when people say "you can hear a pin drop" it's just an expression, but not there.

You're right about the ratings, I'll give you that.
Here's where I think differently from you though...

You think that the wwe womens division lacks wrestling talent right now, and is not worth watching for wrestling. You also think that wwe should go out and get actual women wrestlers to have actual competitive matches and that if they get people who can actually wrestle, people can and will actually get interested in the womens division...

On the other hand, I agree that the womens division sucks in terms of wrestling, and that people don't really care about the wwe womens division. However, where you think they should go get actual wrestlers, and it will help the womens division, I think that even if they get actual womens wrestlers, it still won't help being interest to te division. That's my point.

WWE can get all the good actual womens wrestlers they want, but I don't think the fans will ever really care about the womens division, no matter how good the wrestlers are, unless it's for bikini contests, etc.

So I'm not saying it's right that fans only want the women for sexual stuff, but I am saying that I think that is the way the wwe crowd is.. They just won't care about the womens division no matter how talented they are as wrestlers.

I'd agree, except for the fact that that's exactly, to the T, what they said when the concept of the Knockouts we know today was first brought up. Look at them now.

Remember how much the crowd loved Beth vs. Melina before she broke her heel? Knockoutish Divas could and would work, if they did it right.

Why not just get rid of ECW all together? It sucks, I have no reason to watch it, and I have no DESIRE to watch it. Its basically a waste of 60 minutes every week and I honestly think its been epic fail ever since the first episode. Not to mention, the WWE Divas can't draw on their own. They can't work very well compared to the Knockouts which is why the fans aren't as into them as the girls in TNA. They also don't have enough drawing power to carry an entire show.

Chess, Chess, Chess. Did you even read any of my posts? Of course the divas can't draw. That's why they should change then to be similar to the Knockouts and give them their own show (which is what I've been implying all along).

Nice idea, but it would be booked HORRIBLY. WWE don't give two shits about the women. And they wouldn't really sign anyone else, they would try and push a Maryse type woman as a "wrestler", when the best thing to do would be to sign a Del Ray or a Kong. But they wouldn't be hot enough or slutty looking enough. WWE says no to talent and yes to generic blondes.
