Everyone should be happy that John Cena is gone. It's what people have been clamoring for for so long... for the guy to take a long (or even short) break to give someone else time to shine in the main spotlight the way Bryan is right now. The guy's been getting the most important angles in the company for nearly the past decade (what with being top dog and all), so seeing the show revolve around someone else for a change is refreshing. This current angle wouldn't work with Cena at all unless he played the heel corporate champion but we all know that wouldn't happen. It's just a shame he couldn't have taken at least 3-4 months off after Extreme Rules 2012 so that CM Punk wouldn't have had to defend his WWE title in the under card as often.

I love how quickly Sheamus went from beloved new guy with some people when he debuted to "OMG HE'S FRIENDS WITH TRIPLE H!! BURIALS!!!!" Sheamus is the fucking man. He works his ass off, he can talk, he's got a look, he kicks fuckers in the face, and he can do the PR schtick. You have to be a moron not to be on that bandwagon.

Yeah no Cena is good for a while, but you know i kinda miss having that figure to hate on as well, and nobody does it quite like Cena, hopefully he will come back very fresh in the not too soon future though, as i believe the WWE still needs Cena at this moment in time

Raw isn't better because of "the lack of Cena", it's better because they've had to finally fill that hole with someone new. Someone who cuts different promos and just lets you do different stuff with his character. If only the corporation wasn't stale already.
