Indeed. People often make the mistake of thinking only one person can hold a trademark, but you’d be surprised how many companies are named Ace etc.

I think wrestling is listed as sports and live entertainment for television and touring or something longwinded like that.

Trademarks also can’t be held in perpetuity. That’s why most of the trademarks, the WWE supposedly lets lapse. Aren’t because somebody in WWE forgot to renew them. Because WWE will get lots of emails and written letters about it. It’s because they can’t fulfill the most important aspect of trademark law that you have to provide use. If you don’t use it within a certain amount of years, it’ll go dead.
