'Stunning' Steve Austin made a name for himself as 1/2 of the Hollywood Blondes with Brian Pillman in WCW as as 'Superstar' Steve Austin but didn't become a Legend until he became 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin and gave his famous Austin 3:16 at KotR 1996. HE won titles in each promotion but is only the World Title in WWE (6x). HE is the only Wrestler (that I know of) to win a Teens Choice award.

Best known as 1/2 of Money Inc with Ted Dibiase they won the tag titles 3 times. As a singles star his biggest feud was in the WWE against the Undertaker, which he lost.​

It's hard to compare these two men and come to a close verdict to me. SCSA revolutionized the tweener role in the WWE, and he has left an impact beyond what Shyster could.
