WWE Reportedly Considering Bringing Back Bad Blood As A PLE Name

IF they were to do McIntyre vs. Punk at "Bad Blood" and in HIAC, would the cell be extra padded? Hell In A Padded Cell. HIAPC. Pads on the sides of the cell. This is Punk that we are talking about. "Bad Blood" would make sense for that feud though.

Im all for not naming a PLE "HIAC" just because the PLE has a HIAC match or two. So sure, why not use "Bad Blood" as "Bad Blood" could be related to multiple matches. I will say though, if they are doing this for nostalgia sake then the feud that the HIAC match happens for needs to have a proper build to that specific match and not just use the HIAC match because it's that time of year.

I absolutely agree with all of this. HIAC should always be for a long developed grudge. It should be the end of a feud, not the first or second match in the feud.

Today, Insider reports that WWE is looking to possibly hold the event on October 5th, which was the exact same date as the original Bad Blood event in 1997. One location that WWE is looking to host Bad Blood is the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, as there are no events that there on that day at this moment.​
