Clearly you have no idea what a WWE locker room is like and WAS like lol. Sometimes you need to let the bigger egos do their thing; if they have the talent to make you money, then let them slack off. Austin had a lot of tantrums, and so did HBK. I can't see Vince firing them in the past because of their bad attitudes. Not comparing Hero to them, but the point applies.

I understand that, but Stone Cold and HBK had a lot more leverage to argue with than a developmental guy who was reported to have continuously refused orders and didn't really backup his words other than a match with Regal.

The problem is that... he shouldn't have been in developmental, or not for as long as he was. If fucking Tensai, Khali, Santino, and fucking Fandango are getting TV time, then Ohno is more than ready.
Why Santino gets TV time I cannot claim to know other than that he makes kids laugh I guess. Vince probably has a stiffy for Khali and Fandango (who spent a lot of time in developmental as well proving that he wanted to get called up and deserved it) and Tensai is one of Trips guys from what I understand. My guess is Hero never really clicked with management. As I touched on earlier, I don't think he was the right fit for WWE. His best work is in longer matches where he can get his shit in and he has full control of his character. In the WWE you only have at least partial control of your character and you have to work a lot of shorter TV matches. And if you aren't willing to adapt to the WWE way then its not gonna work. Every other indy guy who came in adapted to the WWE style, even an ego like Punk adapted, he played it cool in developmental and let his ego take more space once he was awarded with it, he even touches on it himself in his DVD. That when he was in OVW he put his ego aside and did everything he could to make himself invaluable. And with HHH in charge of developmental (who also has an ego) I can definitely see guys who have an attitude being "humbled".

Sad that it didn't work out for him, but if he can work the indys and Japan and make a lot of money and be comfortable doing it instead of uncomfortable in the WWE then more power to him.

Wasn't there something about the Shield members having a "better than NXT" attitude, and that helped them come up with the idea of using them together?

Can't say I remember reading about that. I remember reading about Roman having an attitude problem (which could have helped with coming up with his "I am better than you" NXT gimmick he ran for a while) but I don't remember reading anything about Ambrose and Rollins having egos.

I remember reading reports about Reigns calling Orton sloppy and unprofessional after a match between the two and getting heat for it, but other than that nothing.

Such a shame. Didn't get to see Ohno's work with NXT much, though it sounds like I didn't miss much. Still it's sad to hear since the guy is very talented and I was looking forward to seeing him in WWE.

I somewhat echo D'Z's sentiments concerning appearances and physique, but ego is a whole different animal. Regardless, only the WWE head honchos know for certain the exact reason(s) he's gone, so all I can do is hope the best for him in the indies. Hopefully he'll be happier doing that and can either make a comfortable living in the indy circuit or join another promotion that would work better for him.

Gargano was offered a contract in 2011 but declined it so that he could "grow some more before making the step up". He's on their short list from what I get.

You are the weirdest user on this forum, by far.

Deth shows what he looks like IRL. He looks like a cookie cutter example of middle America, compared to you. Deth you dont look that ridic, i hope you get my comparison.
