So hear me out, I think if a lot of these releases are so TNA can get first dibs, I do think that should probably be investigated under market sharing, contract tampering, or collusion to create a trust.

Sadly, wrestling doesn't have a union to prevent stuff like this, so anti-trust laws don't apply to WWE.
