I get friday afternoon news dumps. That's typical for companies. But WWE does this during what is their 2nd biggest show (arguably biggest when it was on Fox). Like here's your biggest show of the week you're in the minds of people and now they ain't talking about Smackdown they talkin bout people being released.

Most definitely. Who knows... might end up being one of the bigger ones we've seen in recent years when it's all done. Could easily be a dozen, maybe around 15 names. ...at least wouldn't surprise me.

Didn't they also say that there will be less live shows? Plus them going with the low-match number PLEs too and you have ID & Evolve (and TNA) talent, who might do get to fill some NXT shows up from time to time.
