I don't think anyone would dispute his character work, it was top notch. I'd heavily dispute himself being a great wrestler though when you see the people he had opposite him.

Wrestling is like any other profession save for contracts and unions. WWE especially has a Human Resources department like most office jobs. So fuck off with that logic.

Human Resources? You’re actually shitting me right? Human Resources is supposed to protect workers against threats like sexual harassment or violence. They’re not supposed to defend employees from other employees being arrogant. :lmao

I never said it would. But if you're being a cunt, human resources also deals in that. I guess you don't really have any real life experience though.

@Sabretooth do you not believe in being thankful and humble for the chances you get? Like really, just because you're young and talented doesn't mean you got to be a cocky asshole about it, you know? Like what do you gain in that?

I’m just not a pussy lmao. If you think someone should be fired for being arrogant then you’re entitled to your opinion but I think it’s idiotic. If you’re a wrestler you can just choose to ignore him. You don’t need to like the guy. As long as you can go out there and get the job done that’s all that matters.

I understand that but is it arrogance if you’re good? I mean sure they gave him a chance but he actually proved he was great

It's still arrogance rather you're good or not tbh. At least to me. Like I was raised to always be thankful and humble, and kind. Not be an asshole. If you do something better than someone, maybe other than being cocky about it, maybe and hear me out here, maybe be kind about it, try to help others, and give pointers. Because if you're so GREAT, and you can bring someone up to your level, guess what? You can make more money. Cause if he acts like this, he might try and hold people down, hold them back, which hurts the person you're working with. Sure, you both make good money. But think how much more you can make if you help pull someone up.

I wouldn't want to work at any place like that, you can get complaints because "someone doesn't like your attitude"......seems very petty.

Arrogance is bad now?

They're supposed to be pro wrestlers....larger than life people are supposed to have egos.

People here sounding like old men who scream at players for celebrating on their respective fields of play.

If that was the case then this country would have a serious unemployment problem. :side:

I want to both like and laugh react to this so I'll split the difference.

The more podcasts from former writers and announcers that worked with Steve Austin, the more I hear about how much of an ass he was, too, but doesn't change my opinion of his work. Man drew the most money so he had the ego the size of his home state of Texas. Just is what it is.

I think most of my favorite wrestlers had massive egos and attitude problems.

I think we just all see how to act differently. Like, I just don't see the point of being an asshole to people. Should it get you fired? Probably not, but that still doesn't make what YOU'RE doing right. Look at a lot of the people who held people down, and most of it was for ego. Now think if those superstars didn't hold others down how much MORE money could have been made. Having two draws in a match, is better than having one. Ego causes that.

Maybe instead of him being fired, someone higher up than him should've humbled him, and bought him back down to earth.

Nobody should be an asshole, but honestly this line of work kind of breeds a certain type of person and fame in general does, too.

The entire Kliq were literal pieces of shit and they admit it.
