WWE Raw thread, March 30, 2020: Final Raw before Mania!

Especially with TakeOver cancelled.

They're doing basically all the TakeOver matches (maybe not Dunne's bc travel ) not this week but next week on NXT so yeah they could have been on Mania since they're already filmed as well but maybe they wanted them head to head ratings

its so awkward that wwe is ignoring roman pulling out of mania and just acting like his match is still going ahead right now lmao

If Mania goes permanently to two nights, I wouldn't ever look at it as "one show" again, like for classic rewatches for instance I'd be nominated "WrestleMania 39 Night 2, WrestleMania 37 Night 1...etc." that's how I treat Japanese shows that are multiple nights at least, it's too much if not lol

I think the Japanese shows book them to be separate cards and WWE I think just split their planned card in two and then padded. So this one won't gel as well I don't think as two separate cards, but if they know ahead next year they'll do it again, I imagine it'll be better.

They intentionally added matches when they knew they'd do two nights. Both nights are 4 hours long. The length of a full Mania back in the OG days. Imagine trying to watch this later at once. An 8-hour Mania?

WMXXX only had 8 matches and was one of my favorite wrestlemanias of all time.
