I feel like you're giving no stock to her being a lifelong wrestling fan who always wanted to do it but MMA was the more viable career choice for her and she ended up being good at it so it's not like she was gonna leave at the top to go to WWE although I definitely bet she thought about it bc girl is an actual superfan. Like she didn't even want the belt at first bc she knew she didn't earn it, WWE most likely hounded her like crazy about it all summer until it was finally booked for her to win at SummerSlam

It's not really my opinion more just "stop assuming why Ronda did certain things bc there's multiple plausible possibilities" lol I think it's a combination of her not winning in her MMA career (not like she wouldn't still keep making money though, but girl couldn't really handle losing), and also always wanting to do WWE, having that prior relationship from the previous 'Mania and something no one has mentioned that I think was very influential was Shayna having pretty good success on the indies and then getting signed to WWE
