Yeah I'm looking at the numbers of hospitals overwhelmed because it's infecting people too fast in too short of a period of time and they weren't prepared for a pandemic. Media blew it out of proportion and caused panic that caused more problems, that doesn't mean it shouldn't have also been something better prepared for and treated seriously.

Yes and that's great news as long as we can slow the infection rate because the amount of people dying would be even less if this was contained better and hospitals weren't as taxed.
