Alright here is my honest opinion off Raw.
Beginning of Raw started out right. I love that they added Murphy into the Dicsiple. Which would give him shine as a talent as a whole and probably get into the upper mid carder status instead of a regular mid carder. Good promos by everyone and also I love Joe calling Seth Rollins an ass hat. Rarely we ever hear that on TV. The Viking Warriors getting involved was a solid idea. They weren't doing much on their own.
I love the match between Randy Orton vs Drew. Best part of this mini fight feud with these two is that they are two bad ass faces with a lot of edges. I do have to take a point off though since Drew looked dumb by falling for an RKO out of nowhere. The match stoppage because of The OC's interference didn't get a negative to me. That saved Orton and Drew from 50/50 booking this week.
I loved Becky's promo on Asuka on about last year's Royal Rumble. On how Asuka beat her and after that Asuka spend her time making soup on youtube which I thought was funny which is true in a way in storyline progress. Also saying that Asuka was scared of Becky because she can no longer beat Becky without sneak attacks and underhanded tactics. Good shit if you ask me. Makes her sound a little comedy but bad ass at the same token.
Kairi vs Becky Lynch felt meh a little. Not to blame both of them since we know what they really can do. However, I felt that Kairi still looked hurt out there. Didn't run the ropes hard. As well as not an ounce of intensity from her either. We seen it from Becky but not her. My favorite part was Asuka sitting on the top rope like Batman does lurking around the city at night. This whole thing gets a point for Raw. Just being nice here. I am looking forward to Asuka vs Becky at the Royal Rumble.
Charlotte's backstage segment felt boring to me because it is like what everyone says every year. It sounded cliche. The one thing that saved it was Becky being there with a smirk on her face. I love it though, since it shows history and storyline continuation between the both of them.
Brock low blowing Rico was fun to see and Rico should have stayed away from the ring in the first place. Especially in the mood that Brock Lesnar is in and Rico needs to stop getting mic time. It is not his best sport.
Aliester Black facing jobbers again gets a dud.
Eric Rowan vs Matt Hardy gets a dud.
Rusev/Liv vs Bobby Lashley/Lana gets the biggest dud of last night's Raw.
The Ladder match between Rey vs Andrade for the United States Championship was the best part of the night even though there was botches in this match.
I had to take a point from Rollins/Buddy vs The Viking Warriors for the Raw Tag Team Championships. This really didn't need to happen tonight and it should have happened at Royal Rumble. At least then you will give people a real reason to be excited about Royal Rumble.
So tonight's grade from me is 5/10.
