I'd personally hate to see a Big Show or Randy Orton heel turn, although both of them (and Sheamus) work better as heels.

Kofi went from "lost to a jobber in Primo on Superstars" to "looked tough and was competitive against a legend", and Jericho got a win. Good booking, thank you.
