cause you need enough for a stable division, a stable womens title division, and a division for feuds not including titles

they cant get non title feuds going rn how in the hell will they keep tag titles going

The best female wrestlers are nowhere near WWE but they seem like rather than work on the division, they just want to repeat the exact matches over and over forever
