It's a good way to get the crowd pumped early on though. Like how WCW used the cruiser weights early in the first hour. The tag team division is pretty high flying and could easily get the crowd pumped early on. Didn't RAW do this back in the 90's as well?

It actually did, if I'm correct headbangers & Kaientai were always featured in the 1st hour
