oh no, sleeping problems have been a thing for me for a long time. But I haven't had any hallucinations since the med change. I was beginning to think I was Donnie Darko for a while

fortunately not. High blood pressure runs in the family so it's unusual for me to have it, but yeah, nothing has been damaged which is great

oh and I am taking an anti anxiety for sleep issues... no more hypnotics
