I get what you're saying also, but it's just an entrance. They def do react positivly toward them, but I don't think it's a deal breaker if that makes sense.

That's the problem right there. There is no such thing as "just an entrance". An entrance is the initial pop/heat you can get from a crowd. I'm not saying it's a deal breaker or hinders that much, but it certainly matters. If I'm coming out letting fans touch me, they're going to be less inclined to boo.
