I've wondered more and more with how great the indies are doing, why WWE still... For lack of a better word, dominates the business?

In WWE it is going down, but elsewhere it is going up

the only wrestling company that financially can compete with WWE is NJPW and they will always have a bit of a disadvantage in the USA because most of their wrestlers likely won't want to wrestle here on a full time basis

the language barrier can be overcome, but the location part is difficult
