That's different cause the SD tag titles were just created. The raw tag titles are a descendant of the world tag team titles.

No, they aren't. Now we're finally getting somewhere because you're under a wrong assumption. The World Tag Team Titles were the original WWE Tag Team Titles until the 2002 Brand Extension. Then SmackDown needed their own belts so Stephanie announced the creation of the "new" WWE Tag Team Titles. The old ones then became the World Tag Titles. The belts created in 2002 are the ones that New Day currently hold. WWE simply abandoned the other ones in 2010.

Unified and retired the World Tag Titles and kept the 2002 records. Go on WWE.com, the belts on Raw start in 2002.
