Is Seth the first person to hold a World title and another title at the same time on 2 separate occasions?

I know Austin was WWE Champ and tag champ with Taker

And I know Cena was WWE Champ and tag champ with HBK

And I know Warrior has both WWE and IC titles but idk if any of them did it a second time

Only thing coming to mind rn without me doing any kind of research is that Cena may have done it more than once bc I know he won the tag titles with Batista for a short time too but I don't remember who was champ during that. Michaels may have done it too bc I think he was WWE and Euro champ at the same time before he gave it to HHH and he may have been champ when he won the tag titles with Austin too, but I'd have to look it up to be sure about any of those.

World champion who is Tag champion with someone challenging him for his title is just a trooper nowadays.....Heyman did it all the time in ECW.
