Damn it cut out on me so I don't know what happened in the last minute. Is Punk still talking?

Both guys sign the contract and now Cena asks Punk what happens if Punk loses at SummerSlam. Cena says that whatever happens Cena is in the mainevent of WM28 but Punk needs this win.

Triple H and Cena square up as the boss steps in the way of him and Punk. Great ending to the show very heated.

Nice finish with Johnny Ace being kicked in the head.

I liked how HHH got inbetween them and stopped them from going at it. Good ending to RAW. The first hour was the better hour though as they had all the good matches early.

Very great go-home RAW.

I'll be paying $5 for my stream for Summerslam, can't wait for it.

I expect them to announce matches on Smackdown...

I have a feeling Zeke vs. Rhodes will be announced and maybe Barrett vs. Bryan to leave it at six.

Once again, CM Punk came into a dead crowd, but managed to turn the whole thing around and receive big pops for some of the things he said. When he started talking about Kozlov/Smith/Masters, my jaw dropped a little. The ice cream bar quote was hilarious too. Punk has the mic skill without a doubt, and it's weird but interesting how he turns around the dirty work of WWE into star power and a larger fan base for himself. Cena - a typical PG promo. Rock's video is hilarious and pretty true in cases.

Overall, pretty good promo thanks to Punk. Without Punk this would be a no-show, and even HHH wouldn't save it.

I have a feeling that they will announce a match or two on wwe.com during the week. They can't go into SummerSlam with only two matches from RAW with one of them being a Divas match.

Best way to sum up raw tonight is that it was a very enjoyable show from the wrestling stand point and with some nice segment to set up Summerslam, however the fact that so many big matches from new feuds were given away for free, and that there were no new matches made is a major let down, raw and smackdown after all are the shows to set the stage for ppv's. Time for bed, its been fun guys, will be back tomorrow.

Good summary. I agree that they are crazy for giving away some of these matches on RAW for free when people would pay to see them. I hate the fact they didn't add to the SummerSlam card, if people are paying for it they need to have a good undercard that isn't thrown together at the last minute.

It has been a good discussion again so thanks to everyone that posted.

That is a regular occurance these days with RAW. The closing segment is the best thing on the show and helps make it a good show. I thought that the first hour was very strong since they had a lot of good matches but the second hour wasn't as strong. They should have spread out the top matches more evenly so that they didn't use them up right away.
