Ryback has just been booked so horribly. He's a bully so he should be messing with the weak. You have a bunch of jobbers on the roster, use them. Have him beat up more and guys and that's where you get someone to stop the bully, in this case, it'll probably be Kofi.

That is pretty much the issue of this whole thing. He has the right gimmick it is just being done horribly since usually you build the bully up so much so there can actually be a pay off.
