Miz surprisingly over in Iowa? one of the things that got my attention early on.

So is AJ the heel? or a face with a chip on her shoulder? Taking on 3 chicks at once doesn't seen heelish to me...I'm confused at the dynamics there. And lol bitches can't "work". Turned into a shoot pretty quick when AJ took down Brie. Nattie had to save her ass with a front facelock.

OK so Big Show cries as much as Ric Flair these days? Fine with that, could muscle Trips for awhile, and who brings back Cody? Linda making her grand entrance again? Or is Vince going to no-sell senility and make a face turn? Neither seem pleasent imo.

If they keep opening RAW and ending it the same way as they have been the past 2 - 3 weeks all steam for Daniel Bryan is going to die, Orton is going to become as stale as Cena was as champ, and Triple H/Steph regime storyline is going to become one of the worst things to happen in WWE. Its getting pretty boring already, you can predict how its going to start and how its going to end, Triple H and the Shield opens up, brings out Orton, Bryan comes out, bit of exchange, someone gets booked against the shield or someone they are "not suppose" to face, and Orton goes and does what he is booked to do these days, be the cowardly guy at the end of each beating, come out and pose.

They are fucking up a royal opportunity leading off of Summerslam. When will Triple H learn no one really wants to see his version of Austin vs McMahon? And btw, Orton cant be the face or future of WWE if he has been a top guy for 7 - 8 years already.

Not sure what show you are watching, but this isn't even the go-home show. The hard sell is always the go-home show when the babyface gets the upperhand leading into the PPV, this type of booking has been a winning formula since TV started showing territories.

As for Trips and Steph, both have been fantastic in their roles, both acting as smug as people perceive them to be is refreshing than the parodies the McMahons have been playing since 2000. This isn't Steve Austin/Vince play for laughs here. The new regime isn't going to be taken at gunpoint and piss their pants suits on TV. There isn't going to be a Vegan truck driven by Bryan coming out.

As for Orton being pushed as the face of the company even though he was maineventer for 8 years......pretty much the whole point of this. Daniel Bryan bucking the status quo.

So I'm just watching RAW now. Randy Orton is still terrible on the mic during this opening promo. His delivery is bad and he can't think on the spot.

Really enjoyed the big Corporation and Bryan angle but nothing else really stood out other than Orton/Cody match which was pretty fucking fantastic. If Cody keeps that shit up he showed throughout the night then I might start being able to get behind him.

I'm nitpicking here but Ricardo looks odd wearing a RVD t-shirt and RVD should hook him up and get a tuxedo done in the style of the t-shirt or logo, Jimmy Hart style as it would look so much better.

This main storyline really has been excellent so far. I think Bryan could do with being a bit more angry since he's getting beaten up every week, and Big Show could tone the waterworks down a notch, but apart from that it's been really enjoyable to watch.

Triple H and Stephanie have been heeling it up perfectly. I think the fact that they're constantly trying to come across as honest people with the fans interest at heart makes it that that much easier to hate them. I also loved that when Big Show went to confront Triple H in the last segment, it was Stephanie that stepped in and not Triple H himself, who instead just stood behind his wife and smiled. What a man!

Bryan needs to start getting angry or trying to recruit the locker room.

Judging from his segment with Big Show, I don't think WWE is going to get him any help for atleast a few months, he is playing a loner gimmick, who got to the WWE himself and got the championship by himeself.

First guy he contacts should definitely be Cody Rhodes, Cody can do a Matt Hardy and run in at weird times periodicly, kind of like what Miz and Truth did a few years ago but aiming it at heels. This is where you can sow the seeds of discontent between Vince and Triple H, Vinny Mac faceturn saying hiring this guy back would be good for business....can be his representation against Triple H at Mania and we can get Punk vs Bryan headlining the show.

Nailed it!

So if you guys think this predictable "build him up against the corporation" storyline is excellent, that is your opinion. I just fail to see how its going to be anything new or decent when the shows main storyline happen starts the same, ends the same for six, thats right, six episodes of WWE television in a row. How is that excellent? How is that terrific booking or anything of the sort? Its so predictable and anyone with the foresight to see how this is going to pan out and how it started to pan out could have called and right now would have been like "meh, its recycled material." Im seeing a lot of users praise this storyline and the direction the storyline is going but I just can't see it, I think its a waste of time and opportunity to be honest. The only thing that intrigues me about recent developments in this is the Cody Rhodes angle, if done right he could come back as a main event player with new momentum and fan support he lacked; simply by being a "victim" and returning to shove it in the face of the corporation.

Ah well, thats just my opinion when the focal point of the show is rinse, wash, repeat for six straight episodes, it loses its luster. Maybe my expectations are too high, but a lot of people on here seem to be enjoying it so I don't know, if you're entertained by the same episode week in, week out, which is subtly killing interest and potential for twists and turns and more legitimate development in the angle, more power to you.

Are you expecting more of a back-and-forth thing where Bryan gets a turn at trumping HHH's regime every couple of weeks? Because that's simply not how this angle is going to work. Yes every episode has been ending the same with Daniel Bryan being overwhelmed and beaten down but that's the point. It takes time to effectively build and establish things and there are minor developments every week too, like the reactions of other people on the roster and how it impacts them, and all the solid promos we've dug out of this already.

It's smart booking. You have a heel group with so much physical and corporate power that the entire roster is scared to challenge them, except for one little guy who just won't give up no matter how hard they hit him. Bryan nailed it in his last promo when he pointed out how Triple H trying so hard to bury him actually validates Bryan as a threat.

I can see why it seems like "the same show" every week, right now there's one of those rare, large scale storyline going on that includes just about everyone on the roster so the whole show needs to have formula and structure with less wasted time. Maybe to you it's all just repetitive so far but things will inevitably escalate when either Bryan finds a way or another face steps up. Hell, Edge will be on Raw soon won't he? We'll see how that goes.

All the a's make that c special. 6 times raw has started and ended the same it's that one time that it's different that will make it special. We're getting good stories. They're building 4 guy recreating 2 guys and doing it all with Randy Orton holding a belt that he hasn't had in 3 years. And it's all going down without John Cena.

You want something new? Create it cause that shit doesn't exist. I mean you claim it's been done before when? Aces 8s NWO Austin McMahon. Yeah it's been done before it's all been done before it's how it's done differently that makes it special. It's all about the c

The perfect example of this formula being the right one go with is looking back to the NWO. If NWO hadn't dominated nitro the way they did for as long as they did Sting's comeback to fend them off and take them off wouldn't have been as legendary as it ended up being. Now of course in that angle where they fucked up was there was no pay off and right here there is going to be a clear huge pay off and that is Bryan overcoming them and winning the WWE title after all that he had been through. This is a long term angle that they cannot blow their load on too soon or it'll fuck it up. They have something here that will not only make Bryan a pure made man but can put over others in the process. Shield is as important as ever cause of this, Cody was the most over he probably ever has been cause of last week and will get put over during this when he comes back as well anyone else who gets involved in this. Just have to have this thing called patience to let everything unfold.

Yeah I didn't even include Cody in my numbers
