Wait, maybe voting is not rigged, I thought the WWE were setting up for the WWE fans to vote for the faces, but maybe only the older people have money to vote.

The WWE Universe is screwing with WWE's plans. They clearly wanted Sin Cara to face Evan Bourne they even had Booker hint at that match on commentary.
