WWE RAW 17th September 2012 - Night of Champions Fallout LIVE Discussion

Cena Wins, Punk Wins, Everyone Wins
Punk and Cena had yet another classic battle over the WWE Championship at Night of Champions. They threw everything the could at each other multiple finishers, moonsaults, suicide dives and even Rock Bottoms yet they couldn't finish. Then Cena hit a german suplex from the top rope and got the three count. But that wasn't all as it was time for a swerve, the referee pointed out that Cena's shoulders were down during the pin attempt as well so the match ended in a draw. CM Punk managed to walk away from the PPV with the WWE Championship but this feud isn't going to end here. Hell In A Cell is the next PPV and there must be a great chance of these two having a rematch inside HIAC next month on PPV.

We're going to Disneyland!!!
Team Friendship managed to keep their tempers under control to win the tag team titles at NOC. There were some close moments where their tempers nearly spilled over but a hug in the middle of the match really energised them and got them back on track. Their teamwork was evident at the end where Bryan held onto Kane's leg to prevent Kofi taking him down and then Bryan hit Kane and knocked him off the top onto Kofi for the win. What is next in store for Team Friendship?

Eve wins Divas title
Kaitlyn was all set to challenge for the Divas title until she was attacked from behind backstage by an unknown assailant. It turned out that she had a twisted ankle and so she was ruled out of the match. Eve was there to comfort Kaitlyn and she kept Booker T up to date with everything. Booker T then decided that we must have a Divas title match and that Eve should get the title shot. She got the title shot because she had beaten Kaitlyn clean on Smackdown, was runner-up in the battle royal and because Booker T thought that she had done a good job as his assistant.

Hell In A Cell PPV
HIAC is six weeks away so WWE have plenty of time to build for the next PPV. What do you think that we well see at HIAC.

If we don't get some Disneyland segments, I'll be pretty disappointed.

Is there a place near Boston that is like a carnival or anything? They could always use that or something.

Yeah I want to see footage from Team Friendship's day out at Disneyland. Bring the doctor and Harold along as well. Going forward things look good for the team as they received a massive reaction on the PPV, the crowd ate up everything they did and hopefully this will lead to more exposure for the division. Wouldn't mind seeing a mini tournament to determine the new contenders for the title but I assume that PTP will get the shot after Kofi and Truth get their rematch.

Nah man, if they do this they need to go all out and just fly them to Florida for some LEGIT segments.

JBL will be commentating RAW tonight. He did a fantastic job on the PPV last night so it is great that he is sticking around for another show. After that he has his mountain climbing to do so WWE will need to find someone else to fill in.

JBL was great, overall RAW should be interessting.

I'd like to see The Uso's or Kidd/Gabriel get a shot, a team that could improve on the mic.

 

[Troy]

I would like to see another team get a shot as well but since PTP were shown on the PPV broadcast there is a very big chance that they will get a title shot soon. They have a ready made feud as well after Team Friendship took their PPV title shot.

Nah man, if they do this they need to go all out and just fly them to Florida for some LEGIT segments.

Might even spot Claire Lynch moonlighting as Olive

Dude. Our tourist attractions are "look at this building people used to make laws in," "take a walk on this historically significant red line," "look, we have a marketplace!," and fucking duckboats. Let's save the celebration segments for another locale.

ppv was really good.it was nice to have some decent commentary for a change.(sorry kingfish) jbl brought a lot to the table.show starts in just 6 minutes.still not feeling the early start time but more wrestling is always a good thing broskies.
