With the Ziggler/Swagger storyline around Santino and Brodus making the save. I'd have Otunga win the US belt, have Ziggler & Swagger interfere for Brodus to make the save.

You could easily make Brodus/Santino v. Ziggler/Swagger as a #1 Contender's to the Tag Championship at Extreme Rules.

Would be good if David Otunga wins the US title. Can have many more good stories with him as champion since Johnny Ace can protect him and feed him cans. Santino will probably retain the title yet again though.
