The WWE only have themselves to blame as they hyped it up so much.
But did they though? From my perspective the WWE seemed to do zero promotion for this show and it was infact the dirtsheets that were hyping it up so much with 'X Superstar' is returning.

Opening segment was good, Anger Management evaluation was good, Foley / Shield stuff was fun, Divas title was fun, Rock & Sock interaction was fun, Flair / Cesaro promo was fun but Miz's part did nothing for me. Cage match was very good but ruined somewhat by the ending.

Rock Concert was disappointingly short but I enjoyed the verbal rapeage of Vickie. I like how he dropped the concert though to call out Punk and keep it serious. The little brawl they had kept me interested and hyped about the match. I'm loving that their getting physical so early on, makes it feel more personal.

As a normal RAW I thought it wasn't a bad show at all but it was definitely disappointing for an anniversary show.

For WWE who over promote everything they definitely didn't hype this show up to their standards. These dirtsheet reports hyping the show is what keeps being taken to heart when it is just an assumption due to the occasion.

Show was abit of a disappointment, considering it was merely a clip show instead of bringing back names from the past. But I guess it was mainly us who were thinking this guy was going to be there or that guy. Shows how much Meltzer and his dirtsheets know I guess.

Anyways, the show itself had some good moments, the rest seemed to be filler.

Rock did his thing in the concert, started with some jokes, and then called out Punk and got serious. Kind of looks like they were forced to jump the gun abit fast during the last bit. Maybe one segment ran too long, like the cage match.

Not the best cage match by Raw standards, if Ziggler wanted to have the best cage match, he had to outdo two guys who did a moonsault and a diving headbutt. Probz should've took an Attitude Adjustment of the cage. Could've done it and it would've saved the match and given them a highlight they could showcase forever.

Gotta love the Rock everytime he comes back he offers the humour.

TwinkieTits - Pure genius. Loved the Vickie song too, however nothing will beat the original Rock Concert which lead up to Wrestlemania X-Seven I believe when he come up against Stone Cold.

Am I right in saying this is the first time he did one these that didnt get interupted by someone wanting to put a beat down on him,lol

:False:

The first concert was the lead up to the WM 19 match with Austin.

This is the internet buddy. Ya gotta get your shit right or everyone will think you don't know what you are talking about forever. If Steven Hawking was at an online forum and didn't get a date right about something, he would be ridiculed until he plugs out.

I don't know considering Rock/Austin trilogy at Mania is probably the most important of all-time, I think any good wrestling fan should know their history about it.
