well this was a complete waste of time, and it just got me to care even less about the match. If that's even possible.

Ryback has been complete shit in this build up. The heels should have overpowered the faces, and Ryback should've put Cena through a table to end the show.

Agreed didn't see the point of that at all. I'm sure in there minds it was them hyping up the lumberjack match part of the 3 stages which if that was the case is on a whole nother level of hilarity.

He did that already. I like the fact that it ended with neither one of them getting the upper hand on the other...makes the outcome of the PPV less predictable.

The ending to RAW this week just enforced how bad lumberjack matches are. Terrible way to kick off the WWE title match at Payback. With Ryback's promo I did like that line about him being given Cena's spot last year but this time he will take it.
