Pros: Can work the mic in his sleep probably and it be better than 90% of the roster. Natural charisma & a great one of a kind gimmick.

Cons: Don't think he has reached his full potential with his gimmick when he uses it as a face.

Alberto Del Rio

Pro: He can work a mic really well

Con: He is getting pushed way too quickly and will eventually end up like Sheamus where as he will be midcarded out imo.

Pro: Has a standout look about him which is probably part of why he got the call up in the first place.

Con: Can still tell that he is somewhat green and has tons of room for improvement.

Dolph Ziggler

Pro: He has that awesome heel look to him that just gets over so well most of the time.

Con: Most of the time is only so long. He now needs Vickie Guerrero to get over

Cody Rhodes

Pro: Doing a really good job in his current gimmick. Doing the little things such as not wanting to get hit in the face make it work.

Cons: Don't think he has what it takes to be a solid babyface.

John Cena

Pro: He is one of the best entertainers in WWE today.

Con: He makes corny jokes at the wrong times so many times that it ruins his good spats when he has them.

Justin Gabriel

Pro: Has one of the most exciting high flying moves in the biz atm.

Con: No mic skills, comes off as a one trick pony sometimes.

Undertaker

Pro: If you take WWE seriously his entrance truly does give you goosebumps at live events

Con: He was a biker once

Wade Barrett

Pro: Has the presence of a main eventer which is pretty amazing considering he hasn't even been in WWE a year yet.

Con: Could be much, much better in the ring.

Tyson Kidd

Pro: Awesome in ring performer that can work a hell of a match.

Con: Has the personality of green paint drying on a cold winter day. (Which is still more of a personality than Smith has)

Percy Watson

Pro: Very energetic & has some natural charisma there.

Con: Doesn't really have much to bring outside of his energy.
