Episode 72
September 22, 2017

We start things off with a video package of highlights from the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match, Nia Jax/Becky Lynch match and the WWE Women's Championship match. Moments later, S.S.M's music hits and out to the stage they come as Sonya Deville is in front with the WWE Women's Championship around her waist.



S.S.M enter the ring and Maryse grabs a mic. Maryse welcomes everyone to The S.S.M Era. She tells everyone they're looking at the most dominant, most athletic and most gifted star on Power. Sonya grabbed the mic from Maryse. Sonya tells everyone she says she'd end The Hart Era and she did it. She says and now things will be different around here. Alexa's music would hit and down to the ring she came. Little Miss Bliss walked up to Sonya and told her this so called S.S.M Era wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. Alexa tells Sonya and S.S.M to show her some gratitude for making it happen. Alexa gets in Sonya's face and tells her she deserves a WWE Women's Championship match tonight. Sonya looks down at Alexa when Natalya's music hit. Natalya made a b-line to the ring and went straight for Alexa after entering it.

Alexa tried to exit the ring, but Natalya caught her and started to lay into her. Sonya would then clunk Natalya in the head with the mic, laying her out. Sonya tells Natalya no one ruins her celebration. Alexa rolls out of the ring and backpedals up the ramp. Sonya lifted Natalya to her feet and laid her out again with a jumping roundhouse kick. S.S.M stood over the laid out Natalya.

Bianca Belair def. Mickie James via DQ (10:08)

During the match, Emma came to the ring and attacked Bianca. Emma and Mickie would then jump Bianca, laying her out in the ring.

Backstage, The Matriarch are with Rosa as Nia tells her she's earned the next opportunity at the WWE Women's Championship. Rosa tells Nia tonight she's going one-on-one with Natalya in a number one contenders match for the WWE Women's Championship. She tells Nia if Vanessa or Tamina interfere, she'll forfeit the match. Nia looks annoyed as The Matriarch walk off.

Tiny Terrors (Carmella & Aliyah) def. The IIconics via pinfall (9:21)

Zelina Vega def. Abbey Laith via pinfall (7:00)

Natalya def. Nia Jax via count-out (13:30)

Post-match, Vanessa and Tamina came to the ring and tried to jump Natalya, but Natalya quickly grabbed a chair and kept The Matriarch at bay.

We start things in the back with Natalya looking for Alexa. Within a few moments Natalya finds Alexa and starts going at her. Backstage crew quickly pull them apart and distance them. Rosa gets in the middle of them and tells them they can settle their beef at Hell in a Cell in a Hell in a Cell match.

Rosa then went to the stage and said there's two other women that will get to settle things tonight and that's the main event where Nia Jax will go one-on-one with Becky Lynch in a Steel Cage match.

The Boss 'n' Hug Connection def. S.S.M ( Sarah Logan & Maryse) via submission (6:33)

We see Kairi Sane speaking in Japanese with English subtitles. She says she's reached the top in Japan and came up short in the USA. She says she's not finished in the USA and soon The Pirate Princess will reach the shores of Power.

Backstage, Charlotte and Dana are together. Charlotte tells Christy that a lot of women think they're number one on Power, but she wants to remind them that theres only one Genetically Superior Athlete... one Queen... Charlotte then walks through the curtains with Dana following.

Backstage, The Tiny Terrors approached Charlotte and Dana and said let's see who the genetically superior athletes are--queen--next week in a tag team match. Dana accepts. Charlotte stares at Dana.

Post-match, Becky climbed the cage wall and raised her arms in the air on top of the cage.

We start things with Cathy and Rene discussing the Hell in a Cell matches. They announce Natalya versus Alexa Bliss in a Hell in a Cell match and the tag team match between The Tiny Terrors versus Charlotte and Dana Brooke has now been made a triple threat tag team match with The Boss 'n' Hug Connection being added, with the winner competing for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at Hell in a Cell.

The Boss 'n' Hug Connection def. Charlotte & Dana Brooke and The Tiny Terrors (Aliyah & Carmella) via pinfall - #1 Contenders Tag Team Triple Threat match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship (15:13)

Sasha got the pin on Dana.

Post-match, Charlotte glared at Dana.

Before the match, Emma spoke with Christy and told her she was tired of being at the back while arrogant Biana Belair was in her spot. She says she'll be the first woman to give Bianca a loss and says her win streak begins tonight.

Post-match, didn't break the Emma Lock until Bianca rushed to the ring and broke it up. Emma and Bianca would go at it until Emma laid Bianca out with the sitout scoop slam piledriver.

We start with a highlight package of the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship and the Hell in a Cell match between Alexa Bliss and Natalya. Cathy and Kelly are talking about the matches when Alexa's music hits. Alexa is all smiles as she makes her way to the ring and grabs a mic. Alexa says now that she's done with Natalya she's now at the front of the line for a WWE Women's Championship. Moments later, Becky's music hit and down to the ring she came. Becky grabbed a mic and met Alexa in the middle of the ring. Becky told Alexa like herself she also won her match at Hell in a Cell and if anyone is at the front of the line for a WWE Women's Championship opportunity it's her. Rosa came to the stage and said both Alexa and Becky are deserving of a WWE Women's Championship and so tonight the two of them will compete in a number one contenders match for the WWE Women's Championship at TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs. Becky and Alexa stare-off and mouth back-and-forth at each other.

Ember Moon def. Mickie James via pinfall (10:30)

Backstage, The Riot Squad approached The Boss 'n' Hug Connection and told them not to get too comfortable with their tag team championship and at TLC they'll be taking them back. The Boss 'n' Hug Connection tells The Riot Squad they'll be waiting at TLC with the tag team championship and at they'll be staying at home with them by the end of the night. The Riot Squad frowns and walks off.

We see Bianca Belair speaking with Christy. Bianca says Emma laid her out last week and had some words for her and tonight she's going to see if she can back them up. Bianca then headed to the ring.

As Bianca was making her way to the ring, Emma came behind her with a chair and beat her with the chair until backstage crew came and broke things up. Emma glared at Bianca as she backpedaled up the ramp.

We start things off with Becky's music hitting and her coming to the ring. Becky grabs a mic and walks to the center of the ring. Becky says it's been tough dealing with Nia Jax and Alexa, but she's finally got her championship opportunity this coming Sunday and she's going to walk out of TLC the new WWE Women's Champion! S.S.M's music hit and to the stage they come, staring down at Becky before walking towards the ring. Becky readies herself. Maryse grabs a mic and S.S.M face Becky. Maryse tells Becky she may have beaten the likes of Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss, but she can't beat someone like Sonya Deville. Maryse tells Becky she doesn't have what it takes to beat a former mixed martial arts fighter. Becky says to Maryse is that right? Becky turns to Sonya and says it's not the first time she was looked over.

She tells Sonya she knows she has a big mixed martial arts move set, but she has the Dis-arm-her and all it takes is to lock it in and her she'll become the new WWE Women's Champion. Sonya tells Becky she's not going to be put in the Dis-arm-her, but Becky will be put into several holds before she taps out to one, ending her dream of becoming champ. Becky and Sonya get closer in the center of the ring and stare off before Sonya steps to the side and shoulder bumps Becky before exiting the ring. S.S.M backpedal up the ramp, as Maryse has words for Becky, while Sonya glared at Becky.

In the back, Lacey Evans speaks with Christy, telling her that outside of the WWE Women's Champion, she's the most powerful woman on Power not including Rosa. She says she's the first ever Ms. Money in the Bank and soon she'll have the opportunity to cash in her briefcase and become the greatest women's champion of all-time. Lacey then heads for the curtains.

Lacey Evans def. Tessa Blanchard via pinfall (10:22)

Backstage, Charlotte is speaking with Dana and tells her tonight they need to be on the same page in their match against The Tiny Terrors. Charlotte tells Dana to not embarrass her. Dana looks focused.

Nia Jax def. Zelina Vega via pinfall (7:00)

Post-match, The Matriarch came to the ring and put the boots to Zelina before Nia laid her out with a pop-up Samoan drop. The Matriarch stood tall over Zelina.

We see Kairi Sane speaking in Japanese with English subtitles. She says she's reached the top in Japan and came up short in the USA. She says she's not finished in the USA and soon The Pirate Princess will reach the shores of Power.

Backstage, Ember Moon meets with Rosa and asks her for a WWE Women's Championship opportunity. Rosa tells Ember she's been impressive since her Power debut and she'll get her opportunity at the WWE Women's Championship after TLC. Ember thanks Rosa and walks off.

Elsewhere, we see The IIconics jump The Tiny Terrors and tell them they'll be competing in their place instead, leaving them laid out.

Post-match, The Riot Squad grabs the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship and lay Sasha and Bayley out with it. The Riot Squad pick up and look at the championship before tossing them down on The Boss 'n' Hug Connection. The Riot Squad stood tall looking down on the champs.
