Alexa's music hits and out she comes to the ring. She grabs a mic and says the crowd must feel really stupid for thinking Asuka was going to beat her last night. Alexa she continues to prove over and over again that she's the bar on Power and is second to none. She says there isn't a woman on the roster whose worthy enough to even challenge her for her championship and thinks she'll take the next special event off. Moments later, Asuka's music hits and out she comes to the ring. Asuka gets in Alexa's face and takes the mic from her. Asuka tells Alexa she didn't beat her last night and called her a cheat. Alexa tells Asuka she's surprised as she was the last woman she thought would be making excuses and used to think highly of her, but not anymore.
Alexa mocks Asuka, speaking really slow and tells her she doesn't have time for her and to know her place, which is the back of the line where she belongs. Asuka, done talking now, strikes Alexa over and over, before dropping her to the mat. Alexa rolls out of the ring, clutching her championship as she backpedals in a hurry up the ramp, infuriated.
Backstage, we see Liv Morgan and Aliyah talking. Aliyah tells Liv they have a number one contender's match against The IIconics and though their opponents like to play dirty, that's not the way she wants to win tonight. Liv laughs and asks Aliyah if she'd been living under a rock the last several weeks. Liv says she hasn't been playing dirty, but instead coming up clutch for them. Liv says she refuses to be a loser and ask Aliyah if she wants to be a loser? Aliyah takes a moments before saying no. Liv gets stern with Aliyah and tells her to get with the program then before walking away. Aliyah looked on.

We get a promo from Lacey Evans saying the world has never seen a more discipled and beautiful woman of integrity as herself. She says she seen combat overseas so the women of the WWE will be child's play to her. She says she'd tell the ladies to be ready, but she knows they won't be.
The IIconics def. Aliyah & Liv Morgan via pinfall - #1 Contenders match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship (14:40)
Late in the match, Liv put Aliyah's feet on the ropes from outside the ring, but Aliyah took them off, which lead to Peyton reversing the pin for the pinfall.
Post-match, Liv was irrate and berated Aliyah before slapping her across the face. Liv left up the ramp with Aliyah trailing far behind.
We get an interview with The Matriarch. Nia says last night they took care of business. They put the lesser lineages of the WWE where they belong, which is defeat. Charlotte walks up to The Matriarch alone. She says the only reason they won last night was because of Sonya Deville getting in her business once again. Nia says if it isn't Miss Excellence herself. Charlotte Flair. Nia says if there's any woman she'd like to destroy more than Natalya, it's her. Charlotte says enough with the chit-chat, how about Nia meet her in the ring tonight. Nia says that's not how this works. Nia says if Charlotte wants to receive a beating tonight, she can do so against Tamina. Charlotte looks The Matriarch over before walking off. Moments later, Charlotte gets attacked from behind and laid out by Tamina. The Matriarch walk over Charlotte, laughing.

During the match, Sonya Deville came to the ring and connected on Charlotte with a jumping roundhouse kick in front of the ref. The Matriarch would all jump Charlotte, making it four versus one for a while.
Post-match. Tessa would run down for the save, but would fall to the four versus two assault. Natalya would come to the ring next and clear Vanessa and Tamina from the ring before being clobbered by Nia and laid out with a pop-up Samoan drop. The Matriarch stood tall with scattered bodies around them.
