WWE Power
Episode #1
April 8, 2016
"Welcome to the Queendom"
Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie McMahon, came from the back and walked to podium to address the WWE Universe. There were boos in the beginning until Stephanie began speaking about the colossal opportunity for the women of the WWE and the WWE itself with the creation of WWE Power. Stephanie would later speak about the WWE NXT Women's championship being deactivated and the introduction of a brand-new women's championship--the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. Stephanie says she doesn't want to make this new era about her and says WWE Power will be kicking off with action right now.
"Spiteful"
Little Miss Bliss comes out and makes her way to Stephanie. Bliss extends her hand to Stephanie for a shake, but takes it away just before connection, while smirking back at Stephanie as she made her way to the ring. Stephanie looked on.
"Livin' Large"
An excited Liv Morgan heads down the ramp, engaging fans before getting into the ring.
Match 1: Alexa Bliss versus Liv Morgan
Bliss and Morgan started off even, before a Morgan mistake led to Bliss gaining the advantage. Bliss would retain control, though Morgan would fight back late, but it wouldn't be enough as Bliss would hit the Bliss DDT.
Winner: Alexa Bliss via pinfall (7:02)

Asuka comes to the ring looking disappointed as she'd address the crowd before laying her WWE NXT Women's Championship on in the center of the ring. Asuka would look towards the back as if waiting for Stephanie to come out when instead she'd be attacked from behind by The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce.) During the attack, The IIconics were yelling about Asuka being the past and that her and the NXT Women's Championship were going into the trash. The IIconics signaled like they had championships around their waist, shouting they were the WWE Women's Tag Team Champion, as they stood over Asuka.
We go backstage where Stephanie was shown having seen what just happened to Asuka. The camera pans over to Mandy Rose, who also saw what happened. Mandy Rose told Stephanie it's her goal to become a champion on Power and that the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship was calling her name. Rose says she'd love to get her hands on the championship and The IIconics. Stephanie tells Rose that decisions over the Power championship will be decided next week going forward when the Power general manager debuts. But she'd be glad to book a match tonight for next week until then. Stephanie books The IIconics versus Asuka and Mandy Rose for next week. Rose smiles and walks off.
"Turn It Up"
Bayley would come down the ramp smiling as she greeted her fans on her way to the ring.
"Amazing"
Naomi was feelin' the glow as were her fans as she danced her way down to the ring.
Match 2: Bayley versus Naomi
Very competitive match her with neither woman able to really get separation and get a run going in the early goings. This would change when Bayley made a young competitor mistake allowing Naomi to get in some good offense. Still, Bayley would take Naomi's arsenal before a timely counter led to some good Bayley offense of her own before connecting on Naomi with a Hug-plex.
Winner: Bayley via pinfall (9:01)

"Recognition"
The WWE Women's Champion, Charlotte Flair, would strut to the ring. She'd let everyone know from the beginning that Power is her show. But she wouldn't be competing on Friday. Charlotte says when everyone is ready to see their queen compete in the ring they will have to pay for the box office attraction--yours truly. Charlotte dropped the mic and exited the ring and headed up the ramp to the back.
A vignette aired for Nia Jax. Nia says this industry has been dominated by the men of her bloodline, but it will be dominated by a woman of her bloodline. She says the women of the WWE are put on notice because she's coming... soon!
Backstage, we see Becky Lynch getting interviewed before her match. Becky says she's not so sure about Power being Charlotte's show, but she's more than willing to go toe-to-toe with Charlotte in the ring, on Power, anytime. Becky says as for tonight, she's going to battle with Natalya, so if the interviewer would excuse her, she's got to finish getting ready for tonight's main event.
"Sky's the Limit"
Sasha Banks walked down the ramp with her star aura, looking like the world revolved around her.
"Amazing"
Tamina would make her way down the ramp with a no nonsense, get to business look on her face.
Match 3: Sasha Banks versus Tamina
Tamina got in some heavy hitting sparingly here, but The Boss was on a different level as she'd get more offense in on Tamina before locking in the Bank Statement.
Winner: Sasha Banks via submission (10:43)

"New Foundation"
Natalya would strut down the ramp, saying "It's Natalya Neidhart" as she made her way into the ring.
"Celtic Invasion"
Becky Lynch came to the stage hype and interacted with her fans as she made her way to the ring.
Main Event: Natalya versus Becky Lynch
The most competitive contest of the night, Becky and Natalya were both determined to not give in to the other. Natalya would wear Becky down with submissions and veteran ringwork. The gutsy Lynch would fight back and answer with some timely maneuvers before bringing a fight to Natalya. Late, Becky would counter a Nattie-By-Nature with Bexploder followed by a Dis-arm-her.
Winner: Becky Lynch via submission (14:48)
