I'll agree this felt like a placeholder show bc nothing was really built towards, but I still thought it was solid. The main event was a lot of fun before the non-finish, and the swerve at the end wasn't really much of one bc it was super predictable, but HOLY SHIT Gallus and Imperium in the same ring against each other with this gang warfare shit has been so fire, this shit would have been a better WarGames match than either of the two they've announced so far. FUCK IT just book a night of all WarGames matches and add this one to the card anyway

Opening brawl was better than I expected bc I don't rate T-Bone high at all, but Coffey carried it decently, and the women's match was decent enough but I'm glad Dawn got the win bc I've been liking her more the last few months.

Bate/Ohno next week tho

Bate/Ohno was fire, glad they got as much time as they did. KLR/Xia was fun too as was Ligero/Banks before the Connors interference. His disgruntled gimmick just ain't doing shit for me mostly bc I don't think he's very good so I'm not looking forward to it all that much.

Next UK TakeOver has been announced. No clue what they can build towards rn bc the they've been kinda lacking since the last TakeOver. I'd just say fuck it and do Bate/WALTER II, but it'd probably be better for WALTER to get another good win over someone first with Bate getting a win in a great match at this show too and then build it even longer for the next TakeOver and then have Bate finally get the belt back, could even do that WrestleMania weekend so WALTER will have had the belt for a whole year to continue these long UK title runs.

I’ve been sleeping on this show lately but I decided to check out the most recent episode, and Bate vs Ohno was super good stuff.

Just an average episode this week really, Kona Reeves's promo before jobbing to Seven was hilarious and the main event was fun, Dragunov really getting over with me after I wasn't very high on him originally and Wolfe even looked a lot better than he has in the past here as well. The new dude, Ridge Holland (I think), has a good look and has some potential.
