finally made NXT a brand! now it needs a champion and it will be as dog as ECW!, NXT is a waste of time has been since season 3 and now i definatly wont be watching, although im a massive regal fan i think that his talents could be more suited to the Raw/Smackdown job

Good move to use Regal as GM of NXT as I thought that he did a great job both times he was GM of RAW and maybe he can be an option for RAW/Smackdown in the future. Will he still commentate or will Striker take that role?

Tyson Kidd keeps wowing me with his wrestling skills. I think he is the only reason why I watch NXT. But the other "talent" in this level bores me. They should have Riley give some mic promos at least.

Edit: Johnny Curtis has potential on the mic.

*Percy Watson defeated Titus O'Neil. After the match, Reks came in and destroyed Watson.

Per William Regal’s request, every NXT match tonight will be a tag match. Opening tonight is the Usos vs O’Neil and Young.

* The Uso Brothers vs. Titus O’Neil and Darren Young
Usos don’t take kindly to the other team mocking their entrance. Both Usos with great dives over the top rope. Darren Young is so botchy tonight, he has barely got anything right so far. Top rope splash on Titus for the Usos to get the win.

Backstage Percy Watson tries to kill Curt Hawkins for hitting his basketball.


* Alex Riley and Percy Watson vs. Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks
Riley still has good crowd heat. Watson is pretty bad at taking bumps, but Reks has nice power offense. Riley gets the hot tag and almost immediately is pinned by Hawkins.


Backstage, Johnny Curtis smells Kaitlyn’s hair. Pretty funny.


Michael McGillicutty is currently getting the most heel heat of the night. Ok promo. Tyson Kidd says McGillicutty may not like the fans… “BUT I DOOO.†Mike says Kidd will never be a Hart. And all hell breaks loose!


* Derrick Bateman and Kaitlyn vs. Johnny Curtis and Maxine
Bateman’s family at ringside as he and Kaitlyn take on Maxine and Curtis. Bateman suddenly wins with a botched enziguiri. Bateman closes the show with a make out session with Kaitlyn.

Show looks decent enough, might tune in for the McGillicutty/Kidd segment.

Kinda lost touch with NXT. Why the Hayell is Maxine back with Curtis and why the hayell is regal booking shit like Teddy Long?

It's a little like Home & Away Prodigy.

The girls like to switch back and forth.

Either way, I don't mind the tag actions happening... Wish it was a tournament to face Epico & Primo on RAW next week or something. You could easily build something up there.

Could anyone explain to me what the storyline surrounding this season of NXT is? Is there a final goal that they are aiming for, are they still trying to find a winner or is it just going through the motions? I am still trying to wrap my head around this season that has continued for more than a year.
