NOAH has been on a bit of a downturn since Muto's retirement but they're still a top 3 Japan company so I'd say yes.

I'm not familiar with that guy tho

Also went ahead and made a thread even tho NXT has already sent people to NOAH this year, but this is more acknowledgement of something existing
